We have free shipping, returns, and exchanges if you decide a different frame would fit you better or want to change magnification. We will honor a 30-day return policy from the date of shipping. One exchange and prescription remake per order.

A receipt will be attached to your shipping confirmation email and included with your purchase. If you need another copy, you can access one through your account or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: Our receipts for prescription glasses do not break down the cost of the frames and lenses separately because they are considered a packaged deal. Most major insurance providers will split the charge 50/50 (between frames and lenses). If you run into any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
All Lumio glasses and lenses come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty includes defects in materials, scratched lenses, workmanship, coatings, and cracks. Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear, improper cleaning, dislodged lenses, or exposure to excessive heat.
